Mikagami Tokiya
Elemental Weapon: Ensui (Water Sword)
Mikagami Tokiya is a master of the sword Ensui which is an elemental weapon and was trained by his master in the Hyoumon Ken martial arts style. His story is that he only wants revenge on the creatures that killed his sister some years back. The Ensui was a gift from his dying sister and is what her assailants were after. He joins up with Recca's team not because he wants to be their friends but because he hopes to find his sister's murderers eventually, and he also vows to protect Yanagi, maybe because she reminds him of his sister?
Some of his attacks are:
Zetai Reido (absolute zero): powerful attack that freezes the enemy.
Tsuraramai (dancing icicles): Creates large icicles that fly around the air and then eventually break into small pieces creating a dangerous situation for the enemy.
